You MUST complete the questions for Your Ultimate Athletic Objective in order to produce your visualization soundtrack(s). The focus areas you work on or add to your visualization(s) are optional. You can select those you’d like added to your visualization on the Produce Your Visualization page. If you have a focus area you wish to add to a visualization, but have not completed the entries for that focus area in the Next Level Mindset process, please use the buttons below to navigate to the one you wish to edit and complete the questions there. You can add none, some or all of your focus areas to your visualization. You can produce more than one visualization soundtrack, for instance, one with just the Ultimate Athletic Objective and another with the Ultimate Athletic Objective and Focus Areas 2 and 3. You may want individual visualizations for each of your focus areas. It’s up to you. Please make sure to download and store each soundtrack individually as only the most recently produced soundtrack will be available on the site.
